I have built a startup from product concept to the market. I have raised equity and debt funding globally (and handled startup legal and accounting), created and managed incentive stock plans, and have expertise in practically all aspects of forming and running a medical device startup company.
SDI have worked with Mr. Nadershahi closely for over 3 years. We have worked together on implementing FDA Quality Systems, Design Controls, designing training modules and performing internal audits. Mr. Nadershahi was responsible for designing and integrating Quality and Regulatory functions in the company by systematically introducing training, regular reviews and initiating audits. As General Counsel, he has provided the company with sound legal advice and strategies to improve company and product position. He leads by example and is an inspiration to all who interact with him. As the head of the patent department, he has dramatically improved the product portfolio as a result, the company has been awarded the most patents in the past 3 years as compared to his predecessors. As an entrepreneur, he has successfully created companies, for profit and non-profit charitable organizations, and provided value to the work experience of people who are involved with him. I have personal experience working with him on some of his entrepreneurial projects and have learnt a lot from those interactions. He instills confidence and energy with everyone he works with. I would highly recommend Mr. Nadershahi to your firm without hesitation, may it be for valuable consulting and direction, or a full-time leadership position.
