Business Development • Acquired funding from the CTO of Boeing to develop sense and avoid technology and migrate the current technology to the F-22, Apache, and Boeing commercial aircraft. (1 of 3 programs selected from a pool of 25) • Increased annual funding for 3 new projects by 20x in roles ranging from a program manager, team leader, and system engineer. Leadership • Managed a team of 7 engineers to design, development, and implement the first Boeing Sense and Avoid technology giving us access to a developing, multi-billion dollar market. • Led a team of 12 engineers to develop a key helicopter wire detection technology that resulted in winning a United States Government defense program. Project Management • Developed the strategy, schedule, requirements, and road map for the Boeing sense and avoid technology by interfacing with internal customers and the FAA. Teamwork • Integrally involved as manager, team lead, or chief engineer in the concept-to-market lifecycle of 3 patent-pending hi-tech devices that are integrated into Boeing vehicles such as the V-22, C-17, Comanche, Avenger and more.
