    Our team partners with hiring entities to provide a managed service platform that saves money and adds operational efficiencies/support to the administration. Our current focus is school districts and the non-certified personnel. The financial savings are significant and the result is more qualified professionals in the classroom. We will soon work in concert with school districts and the medical community to provide savings and a safer/healthier environment for students. Our goal is to facilitate a change in the school healthcare program from reactive care into a patient centered medical home. We work with ACOs to provide the "triple aim" of less cost, more satisfaction and better overall health through preventative care. When fully implemented we provide: Faster access to emergency patient assessment and care plan Elimination of communication errors at hand off (where 70% of sentinel events occur in the ED) Preventative screenings Emergency and ongoing mental support Better overall safety and healthcare for children in a financially prudent manner.

    9/2003 - 12/2004 VP Travel Nursing Maintained previous duties while incorporating the needed processes, reporting and compliance associated with a publicly traded business concern. 5/1998- 9/2003 VP of Travel Nursing Averaged 64% compound growth for four years in a row. Gross profit grew from 110,000.00 bi weekly to 1,000,000.00 in three years; while only doubling the size of our sales and recruitment staff for the same period. Managed 150,000,000.00 in revenue and a 2 million dollar advertising budget without an agency. Created a team model that allowed growth while maintaining the personal feel and support healthcare professionals preferred. Served as the primary operational due diligence officer during 3 acquisitions and our eventual sale to a publicly traded entity. Directly responsible for all aspects of the P&L for the division. The majority of our compensation was a direct result of making the division a profitable enterprise. Primary liaison for two government contracts that held over 120 FTEs at each location.
