Focused on strategic business operations and building small to medium size businesses with scalability. Our practice focuses primarily on healthcare but have worked in a variety of industries. Product, Facility and Process are our three areas of intense work. We help with product development, troubleshooting, and project management with the development of products in the pharma space (both human and animal). Facility assessment for both critical supply chain analysis, FDA audit readiness, and general due diligence is a large part of our international business. This includes remediation plans and assistance in remediation leading to successful FDA audits for newly approved facilities in Iasi, Romania and Changzhou, China as well as facility acceptance in the US, Europe, Central America, and India. Our practice also works with strategy development and execution including competitive intelligence in supply chain, finished product, product assessment, and product deployment. We have award winning wines that have been acclaimed at Sunset Magazine, Seattle Wine Awards, Northwest Wine Summit and Competition, TexSom Wine Competition and in NW Press. Our focus and love is big, elegant reds with a focus on Syrah's and Syrah based blends. Currently we do wines from Washington (Columbia Valley) and Idaho (Snake River Valley). We are partnered with Kat House (formerly of Betz and Pepperbridge) to elevate our winemaking skills and the wine that we provide to our very loyal customers.

Operational areas of focus include new technology development and implementation, contract negotiations with additional manufacturing partners, and staff development.

Responsible for day-to-day operations, leading multiple operational area managers (IT, Marketing, CRM, Regulatory) through high-growth transition, directing growth strategy in technology and personnel investments, and participating in senior level discussions on market based development strategy.
