I worked under Earl during my time at RxElite and during that time learned a great deal from him. He has the ability to lead and make people want to follow and do the best job they can. He is one of the hardest working people I have ever known. He is extremely detail oriented and knows how to see a project completed. His ability to teach others and get the best out of them is what truly sets him apart as a manager. I thoroughly enjoyed working for him and would strongly recommend Earl for any position.
