I had the pleasure of working with Gati at Draftfcb for several years. Gati continually worked to develop herself by challenging herself with new opportunities beyond her daily responsibilities. She was critical in spearheading our global capabilities to expand our strategic offerings for our clients. Gati's entrepreneurship spirit allowed us to expand into global markets and move beyond our established business model within the managed markets space.

Gati was a very focused individual, with a logical, professional and structured approach to her projects, work and recommendations made during her tenure with Edwards. Gati was also very strong in networking and determining how to approach people over which she had no direct influence but required their input or response.

I had the pleasure and honor to work with Gati on multiple occasions to bring transformative, innovative and entrepreneurial approaches to healthcare over the past years. I learned so much from her deep insights and thorough understanding of the incredibly complex and multi-layered US and Global Market Access space. (Thank You, Gati!) Just recently we completed a competitive business simulation ("war gaming") successfully across a range of highly relevant healthcare topics with the HULT International Business School. Gati was the driving force in identifying and framing targets while mentoring five teams of graduate students throughout the program. Gati is a wonderful colleague to work and to network with, as she is well connected and respected across and beyond the healthcare landscape.

I had the pleasure of working with Gati for 4 years while at Mosaic Managed Markets. Gati is a standout managed markets marketer and a consummate professional. Her ability to think outside the box to come up with unique solutions to complex managed markets problems is one of her many skills that she employs on a daily basis. She is a great mentor to junior staff and I recommend her for any strategic role in the managed markets arena.

Gati is a very organized, detail oriented professional who is always willing to learn the key objectives from other functional areas wihtin the company. During our time at Edwards Gati was providing support to Finance and got exposed to one of the main activities within the organization, Budget process. The ability to capture, present and summarize in a nutshell by asking the right questions was very impressive. Gati worked very close with the group, including same long hours to accomplish due dates, a definetely excellent team player. She is a very responsible and punctual person. You can rely on Gati with close eyes.

Gati is a talented member of our agency team, and functions at an extremely high level both as account lead and in a strategic advisory capacity. Her strengths set her apart: she understands healthcare, pharmaceuticals and managed markets extremely well, and has a strong personal interest in health policy and analytics. She is a born leader who can keep her teams focused and on track no matter how difficult the challenge. She is a skilled communicator. And she projects professionalism in her dealings with clients and is by nature consultative. She also is highly entrepreneurial and results oriented, and focused on winning. For example, in a single year she earned two “Organic Growth” awards for generating $4M in new business. Gati will be a strong contributor to growth whether she is functioning in her account lead role at the agency or directly serving her clients as a valued guest member of their brand teams.
