The impact of the work: in the first year, Humana has been identified, by far, as the most innovative health plan in the mobile space by Celent, an industry consultant. Humana won the first-ever Appy Award for best medical app in 2011. Winning other awards including the 2011Stevie People's Choice award for the "Best Smartphone or Tablet App" and the 2011 Steve Award for the "Best New Product or Service". In 2012, Forrester identified Humana mobile efforts as a Best Practice.

Lead the strategic vision and design of the care management programs for Humana’s 3.4 million Commercial lives. Achieved a ten-fold increase in medical utilization savings opportunities in 2007 resulting in a $7.4 million savings portfolio. In 2008, identified over $200 million in medical utilization savings opportunities resulting in a second ten-fold increase of $71 million realized savings in 2008. Based on this demonstrated success in Commercial, the business plan development process and team was utilized for Medicare strategy analysis and implementation.
