Career transition strategy
Having made the "leap" myself into the digital health startup life, yet continuing to practice Nephrology at a minimum, I have advised many clinician-entrepreneurs on their own personal and entrepreneurial journey. Many dimensions need to be taken into account, from conflict of interest, to intellectual property, to negotiation with co-founders. I can help you design your path to success.
Clinical workflow strategy / delivery / innovation
Having trained at top-notch institutions, in various environments, I have gained a deep and broad expertise in the practice and delivery of medicine. I have worked from pediatrics to geriatrics, acute (ER, trauma) and chronic, procedural, VAs, rural health, clinical teaching at large academic institutions, and understand the subtleties of medicine to help you shape a better product or service.
