Rusty is motivated and a creative solution provider who has great leadership qualities that serves as an inspiring mentor for UNICOM's Engineering Division. He is also an educator with strong interpersonal skills and a unique capacity for empathy. These qualities most notably translate in his ability to motivate and lead a team to success. He is definitely the go-to person for conflict resolution and problem solving. I strongly recommend Rusty since I've worked with him on UNICOM's M&A activities in the Enterprise IT sector.

During my tenure as President and CEO of Pocketstop, Rusty and I worked closely together. His leadership, contacts, guidance, experience and expertise helped us build Pocketstop into the company that it is today. Rusty is a great teacher, mentor and friend who never quit on two young guys and their dream.

During Rusty's tenure as Chairman of Board of the Metroplex Technology Business Council, I had the pleasure of getting to know the professional executive and the person very well. Rusty is one of the most organized and efficient business leaders I have met - and one of the nicest and most approachable people. My endorsement could not be stronger.

I had the pleasure of working with Rusty as one of our Value Added Distributors while at Envox Worldwide. Rusty’s business acumen and military precision made him a great partner and an even better organizational leader. His ability to think strategically while keeping his organization running like a “well oiled machine” made working with Alliance Systems like an extension of our own company. Rusty would be a valuable addition to any organization’s leadership team. Personally, I would invite the opportunity to work with him or for him in the future.

Rusty Cone is Chairman of the Board at Metroplex Technology Business Council. We first met years before that when he was another MTBC member. Besides being a Naval Academy Grad, he is always full of energy and ready to take on the world. Rusty’s positive attitude is contagious to the folks around him. He is great at getting people excited about the task at hand, especially MTBC projects which are purely voluntary. You can imagine getting other senior executive people to include volunteer work with their busy schedules. He manages to persuade, help and show the direction. Rusty is an awesome leader. I know he has been successful in the past and will always continue to be so. I look forward to continuing the working and personal relationships with Rusty.
