    Conducted daily legal research and advising for the Minister of Public Works, in addition to several key projects: Advised the Minister on the first lawsuits against defaulting construction contractors ever filed by the Ministry, and on several zoning disputes; advised the National Zoning Council of Liberia on its jurisdiction and powers, including drafting the Council’s Rules and Regulations, based on national zoning statutes; and drafted the Minster’s correspondence on legal matters.

    Served as trusted advisor all corporate legal matters. Formed five wholly-owned foreign and domestic subsidiaries and advise on their corporate governance. Drafted, negotiated, and managed contracts with parties such as U.S. government contractors, multinational customers, and both U.S. and foreign service providers.
