Sean was a really good boss. From him, I learned that you don't have to narrow your vision to the piece of the project you're working on, but you have to be aware of the whole solution you're building to your customer. That said, he's really goal oriented, committed to customer satisfaction, extremely practical but efficient when making critical decisions - plus, he is always open to hear his team to include new ideas. Last but not least, he is one of the few persons I know in software development that can switch from "customer language" to "developer language" without you really noticing it, which is good because that way everybody involved in a project, knows what to do in order to accomplish the project's objectives.

This letter is my personal recommendation for Sean Tibbetts. I reported directly to Sean during my tenure at ACS. Sean is professional, outgoing, and a take-charge manager who is able to present creative ideas and strategies for all projects. Sean's door was always open and he welcomed other opinions and ideas. Sean is also a team player and a great guy. He is very likable and extraordinarily helpful and I highly recommend him as he would make a great asset to any organization.
