Working with Tab at Zien Medical was a great experience. Tab has a natural talent for engineering, and possesses qualities that apply to all professions. Tab quickly sees creative solutions to difficult problems and is good at seeing potential pitfalls along the way. He’s enthusiastic about his work and is efficient with his time. This was shown as he managed several successful projects and could be counted on to meet deadlines. Tab is well educated and able to apply knowledge to be confident in his decisions. As a co-worker, Tab is always respectful of others and very amiable. Working with Tab for 2.5 yrs. I gained a respect for his work ethic and achievements, and highly recommend him.

As an engineer at Zien Medical Technologies (a contract engineering and regulatory firm), Tab worked as the Zien project lead for our medical device – the PenBlade safety scalpel. Tab did a superb job in every respect – design (product and packaging), prototyping, manufacturing coordination, quality control, regulatory compliance, and other vital areas of support. He is always professional and pleasant to work with and has thorough and consistent follow-through. Not only does Tab have a great engineering mind, but he has an innovative mind as well, working to develop his own ideas. Tab's technical background and expertise combined with his business training will make him a valuable force in the medical industry or wherever else he works.
